our fees

At Malcolm C. Foy & Co, we will charge you for the amount of time your lawyer and his staff spend working for you. Such work will usually include:

• Advice
• Attendances
• Correspondence (including emails/faxes etc.)
• Drafting
• Legal Research
• Telephone work

We may also provide advocacy services upon specific agreement.

What we charge will depend on the seniority of the lawyer you instruct. However, here are some guidelines:

A Solicitor with over 8 years post qualification experience - 215 GBP per hour
A Solicitor with 4 - 8 years post qualification experience - 175 GBP per hour
A Solicitor with 0 - 4 years post qualification experience - 150 GBP per hour
