  • Rights of way & breach of covenants
  • Building/Construction disputes
  • Neighbour disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • Trespass
  • Nuisance actions
  • Mortgage repossession claims
  • Adverse Possession

When disputes arise between landowners we understand this can be a very distressing experience. However, we have the expertise and experience to deal with your dispute in a professional and cost effective manner.

We regularly conduct disputes between unmarried couples whereby the parties have separated and are unable to agree a split of their assets.

For example, when one party moves out of a jointly owned property, the party who remains in occupation may refuse to acknowledge any share or interest belonging to the other party. Unfortunately, the law does not afford unmarried couples the same rights as married couples even if the parties may have been living together for many years. Therefore, legal action may be required to resolve such disputes.

Our team of Solicitors have significant experience in conducting cases on behalf of either Claimants or Defendants. Whether applications are required to the Court for injunctions to resolve the matter on an interim basis or simply negotiate with the other party, our dispute resolution team can guide you through the legal process whether your claim is of substantial value or includes complicated legal issues.

Our extensive experience will be utilised to support you through the process with practical advice throughout so as to provide the best outcome for you.

Property disputes can arise in a multitude of scenarios. Whether these involve complex legal disputes or large amounts of money, our team of Solicitors are on hand to answer any queries you may have, discuss any remedies available and go through your potential costs and funding options.
