Clare Malloy

Clare Malloy is a Family Law Assistant undertaking both Care work and Private Law Family work.  Clare has been with the firm since 2009 and has worked exclusively in the family department during that time. Clare assists Lauren Clarke, who is a Family Solicitor and Head of our Children Law Department. Clare is continually increasing her knowledge in Family Law under the supervision of Lauren Clarke and aims to provide a high standard of client care to every client of the firm.

Clare undertakes work in the following areas of Family Law working in both Doncaster and Rotherham:

• Care Proceedings – assisting with the representation of parents, extended family members and children in Care Proceedings issued by the Local Authority for Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Placement Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Education Supervision Orders.
• Involvement with Social Services including Case Conferences and PLO/Issues of Concern meetings.
• Children Work – assisting with the representation all parties on private Children Law  matters including applications for Child Arrangement Orders (previously known as  Residence Orders and Contact Orders)  Prohibited Steps orders and Specific Issue Orders
• Domestic Violence - including applying for Non Molestations Orders and Protection from Harassment Orders.

Clare also has a good knowledge of the Legal Aid System advising clients when they are eligible for Legal Aid and completing legal aid applications on behalf of those clients.
