Our property team
Our property team have a wealth of experience in handling property transactions and is supervised on a day-to-day basis by Head of Departments Donna Moore (New Build) and Jessica Mason (Residential).
Donna Moore - Licensed Conveyancer
Donna is a Director of the firm and Head of Department of the new build team. She has over 19 years of experience in conveyancing transactions. Donna has been part of the Malcolm C Foy & Co Limited team for over 20 years and is recommended by a number of developers and clients. Donna is experienced in all matters of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold purchase and sale transactions, the Help to Buy Equity Scheme, the Forces Help to Buy Scheme and the Help to Buy ISA Scheme.
