Anna Betteridge

Anna joined the firm in October 2021 and brings over 21 years of experience dealing with residential property matters. Anna initially started as a Post Completion Clerk at a well-respected North Yorkshire Law firm and has worked her way up to becoming a Conveyancing Fee Earner, gaining a wealth of knowledge from her time working at various law firms across the region.

Anna is currently studying Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is working hard towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Anna works within our busy Property department and deals with a variety of property matters which include:-

• Freehold Sales and Purchases.
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases.
• Shared Ownership Sales.
• Re-mortgages;
• Transfers of Equity;
• Repayment of Help to Buy Loans.

Outside of work, Anna has two young boys who like to keep her fit and when Anna is not studying, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
