Kelly is a member of the Family and Matrimonial Department having joined the firm in 2001. Kelly supports clients on a wide range of family issues.
Within the Family and Matrimonial Department Kelly deals with:
- Divorce for clients seeking legal aid
- Finances – assisting clients who have agreed a clean break settlement following their divorce in modest asset cases
- Injunctions – where parties have separated and there are issues of domestic violence
- Children – dealing with disputes between parents over Contact and Residence including the referral to mediation services
- The separation of co-habiting couples, assisting unmarried clients who have separated and need to separate their financial ties
