Olivia Rogers

Olivia is a Solicitor in Malcolm C Foy & Co’s Property department, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and refinancing their homes.

Born and raised in Doncaster, Olivia has always had strong ties to South Yorkshire. After studying Law in Manchester, Olivia returned to South Yorkshire to complete the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law in Sheffield and begin their legal career. Before qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2024, Olivia gained hands-on experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal for a conveyancing specialist firm in the Peak District, followed by a training contract in Lincolnshire which included seats in Commercial and Residential property and Private Client services before ultimately returning to her passion: property law.

With years of experience in residential conveyancing, Olivia has worked on transactions across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, the Peak District, and Derbyshire. Olivia understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest milestones—often exciting, sometimes stressful, and an important process. Whether guiding a first-time buyer through their very first purchase, assisting a homeowner with a sale, or handling a complex transfer of equity, Olivia takes pride in making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Olivia’s approach is practical, client-focused, and always tailored to each individual’s needs.

Olivia advises on a range of property matters, including:

Since returning to work in the South Yorkshire area, Olivia plans to expand her network and knowledge within the local communities and property market.

Outside of Conveyancing, Olivia enjoys staying active at the gym, joining fitness classes and groups, and exploring new coffee spots.
