Tracy Rodgers

Solicitor - Personal Injury

Tracy joined the personal injury team in 2024. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and for over 25 years has handled a vast range of personal injury cases. She has acted both for Claimants and in defending cases for large commercial enterprises and insurers. She therefore has experience of personal injury litigation from both sides. Tracy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Tracy has a wide experience of handling caseloads comprising accidents at work, public liability claims, road traffic accidents, Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims, dog-bite claims as well as industrial disease claims. In addition, she has experience of representing landlords serving Notices Seeking Possession, and representing them in the county court to secure possession of their properties.

Tracy recognises that for clients who are new to the process, pursuing a personal injury claim can be a bewildering and unfamiliar process. She likes to make that journey as comfortable and straightforward for her clients as possible. She is there working alongside her clients from the outset, from taking initial instructions through to litigating the case and potentially proceeding to trial,  guiding clients to achieve a positive result.

Outside of work, Tracy is a mum to 2 adult daughters and has been a school governor at both primary and secondary level. Tracy is currently a trustee on the board of The Civic in Barnsley and enjoys supporting theatre and the arts. She is also a qualified celebrant able to conduct wedding, ceremonies and other family celebrations.
