What We Do

First Registrations

Whilst many properties are registered at the Land Registry there are still large tracts of land which are unregistered, usually because the land has remained in the same family ownership for a number of years. This could be any area of land from a small area adjoining a house to large estates.

Making an application to register may be advisable especially if this is to be sold or if you just want to protect against third party interests. By registering your property you will receive notification of any dealings which the Land Registry receive in connection with that land.

This is a specialised area in which our solicitors can assist.
